The Village House Sa Rapita is located approximately 300 meters from the sea and can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and one baby. The living space is a total of 190sqm and is divided into 4 bedrooms, a living-dining area, 2 bathrooms and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are three of the bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed in the masses 180x200 or 160x200. The third bedroom upstairs is equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm) and child-friendly. The fourth bedroom is located in the basement and offers an additional sleeping space for one person.
The living room has a large sofa with plenty of room for cozy evenings. Here you can watch TV or enjoy the evening by the fireplace.
The dining area can accommodate 6 people. Another table is located on the covered outdoor terrace with space for 11 people. There is also a hammock in which you can relax.
The renting of the property basically refers to the Spanish legislation, in particular the Law 29/1994 of 24 November of urban leases. For this reason, the object for seasonal use will be provided. With this agreement, no kind of tourist services in relation to the tenant will be offered. The contract includes only the use of the object.
