The Finca Sa Punta is located on the outskirts of Son Carrió, near Sant Llorenc. It is surrounded by green countryside, but only five minutes by car from the beach of Cala Millor.
The property consists of a main house and an attached apartment with separate entrance, built all on one floor. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over 300 m² of living space for a total of 12 people. The large capacity of the house is ideal for several families or groups of friends.
In the main house there is a cozy lounge with satellite TV, a big 65" TV-Screen and a fireplace, along with the dining area overlooking the pool. Then there is the kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and other necessary cooking utensils.
Of the four bedrooms, there is a master bedroom. This is very spacious and equipped with a 180x200 bed, a double wardrobe, a direct access to the pool and a private bathroom. This bathroom has a bath, shower, double sink and toilet. The second bathroom in this house has a full bath.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, as well as central heating and a safe.
The adjacent apartment with separate entrance is ideal for a second family. It has a living room, two bedrooms with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
In the garden, a swimming pool (5x10 meters) and a large sun terrace are surrounded by a lawn area available, where children can play and where there is a playground for children. Furthermore, you have a charcoal grill and a large veranda where you can comfortably dine.
