This historic house is situated on a small hill in Sant Llorenc in the east of the island.
Very quiet, it is located at the end of a small road.
The house, in 2016 completely renovated has six bedrooms and three bathrooms.
It is modern, but yet it still retains the typical majorcan characteristics.
Downstairs there are two of the six bedrooms, each with two separate single beds.
The living room is small but cozy, where there is also a modern bathroom with large shower.
The large, rustic kitchen is fully equipped and offers enough space for all! With large dining table, a small sitting area, big fireplace and a nice view to the sunny terrace. A second terrace, perfect to enjoy the sunset, is located behind the living room.
On the first floor you find the remaining bedrooms, all double rooms with 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath.
One of the bedrooms leads out to a small terrace with stunning sea views.
In the living room, kitchen and hallway of the first floor there are air conditioners. The house has wireless internet.
The absolute highlight of the house is the outside area with a large pool and a covered, enclosed terrace.
Perfect for barbacue evenings! Large dining table, a cozy sofa range and small barbecue house. Also at the pool you have a fourth bathroom with shower.
Situated at the entrance of the Finca there is covered parking and 4 bicycles which you may use at any time!
