Our beautiful Finca Alcuidarrom is located at Vilafranca de Bonany in the island center.
The property was an old historical building which now became a large luxury property with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Completely renovated and refurbished, this was just completed in June 2017.
The finca can accommodate 12 people plus baby and extra beds. The owners have renovated it with a lot of taste so that the Finca still retains its Majorcan charm so they have decorated the interior walls with typical natural stone and outside the exterior is also with natural stone. As soon as you enter the property, you will see just as generously the entire house has been built, there is the large living room with SAT TV and internet. The living room is the only room in which there is no air conditioning but the room is very cold anyway, from here you can also get into the lower guest toilet. On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining room and one of the 6 bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your holiday, such as: Oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, etc. The dining room is located on the living room on the way to the kitchen and has space for 12 people Available. On the first floor there is a large terrace with a view over the island to retreat as well as the 5 other bedrooms with bathroom en-suite. These are all located in the same corridor. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other two single beds which you can put together or separate, all have air conditioning and bathroom with floor-level shower.
Before the main entrance there is a large terrace (soon to be covered, photos follow) with dining tables for over 12 people, here is next to the barbecue place this is also still covered. Outside, you have your private infinity pool overlooking the island. Here you can enjoy your holiday with peace!
On the ground floor you can use a wonderfull billard table as well as in the outdoor area a storage room where you can park the bikes.
The entire way to the finca was tarred.
