The Villa Son March is located on a hill between Petra and Sant Joan with 6 other houses.
Although the other houses are nearby, you still have a lot of privacy.
The villa has 440qm living space including the terraces, from where you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic views.
A large, covered terrace with a fixed barbecue invites you to cozy evenings. The private pool is perfect to enjoy the holidays with the whole family, it has a children's pool, separated by a grid. The children's pool is 4 meters long, 3 meters wide and only 0.60 meters deep. The normal pool is 12 meters long and 9 meters wide, 1,60 meters max. Depth.
Sufficient sunbeds and umbrellas are of course always available.
The interior of the villa is also an eye-catcher. Very bright and spacious, with a total of 6 bedrooms with en suite bathroom.
There are a total of two cozy living rooms, both with fireplace, TV and satellite TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, a second fridge (small) is located in the laundry room.
All bedrooms are large and with en suite bathroom, all with bathtub. Five of the six bedrooms have two single beds, only one bedroom has a double bed (150x190).
The villa is very well equipped; Safe, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electric heating, tennis court are available (not included in the price).
An all around great object to enjoy with the family or friends the center of the island.
You have the possibility to book extra breakfast and dinner.
