The Villa Son Capellet is located on a hill between Petra and Sant Joan with 6 other houses.
Although the other houses are nearby, you still have privacy.
The villa has 360sqm living space including the terraces, from where you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic views.
A large, covered terrace with a fixed barbecue invites you to cozy evenings. The private pool is perfect to enjoy the holidays with the whole family, it has a children's pool, separated by a grid. The children's pool is 3 meters long, 3 meters wide and only 0.60 meters deep. The normal pool is 11 meters long and 8 meters wide, 1,60 meters max. deep.
Sufficient sunbeds and umbrellas are of course always available. A small artificial turf completes the ambience.
The interior of the villa is also an eye-catcher. Very bright and spacious, with a total of 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
The large entrance area with adjoining living room is very bright and comfortable, with sofa corner with fireplace, TV and satellite TV.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
All bedrooms are large and with en suite bathroom, all with bathtub. Four of the five bedrooms have two single beds, only one bedroom has a double bed (150x190).
The villa is very well equipped; Safe, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electric heating, and tennis court are available (not included in the price).
An all around great object to enjoy with the family or friends the center of the island.
