With its great vegetation, lawn, private pool and an in-house pond with over 100 fish, the idyllic Finca Can Tous near Santanyí in the southeast of the island is like a small oasis. Every accent and every corner of this house invites you to relax. There are two cozy living rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area and has direct access to the covered parking space for 3 cars. Perfect for taking groceries straight to the kitchen. You also have a second fridge in the back of the kitchen. The air-conditioned winter garden with a direct view of the pool and lava stone grill serves as a dining area. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom en suite. One of the bedrooms has only a small double bed, that's why the max. Number of people according to authority at 11 people. The other three bedrooms are on the upper floor and the upper bedrooms are air-conditioned. All bedrooms on the upper floor are air-conditioned. All bedrooms have been individually decorated and furnished. There is a large terrace on the first floor with a wonderful panoramic view as well as sea views. There is WiFi throughout the house. The outdoor area is an absolute dream with an 8 meter long and 4 meter wide pool with chlorine-free water treatment. The outside terrace is equipped with comfortable seating.
