This typical, well-kept Majorcan country house was restored and modernized by the owners with eyes to the details. The slightly elevated position of the house, can be enjoyed from the partly covered terraces, a beautiful vista of Petra and the island beyond. In the interior, the design line continues with Mediterranean flair. From the large living / dining room with fireplace and stove leads to the kitchen, which also has a terrace access. One of the bathrooms is located in a hallway on the ground floor between 2 bedrooms, one of which also has direct access to the terrace. A staircase leads from the living room for the 3rd bedroom with en suite bathroom and private terrace. The quality and manufacture of the materials, the raised position provide us from the first moment a feeling of security and tranquility. The pool is fenced child safe. Of course, there is a barbecue and play areas in the garden and the adjacent green areas.







Absolutely quiet but still within easy reach: As the house can be reached by well paved dirt roads, it only takes a few minutes to the village where there are several small supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Because Majorca is not generally very large, the distances are not that great. The nearest beaches are Playa de Muro' in Can Picafort with fine and white sand and shallow sloping, clear waters or 'Son Serra de Marina', an elongated natural beach (partly nudist) is also a meeting place for surfers and kiters. If you 'escape' even from the rest of the finca you can reach many interesting points of the island within a half hour upto 45 minutes of driving time. Palma is just 40 kilometers away from Petra The Outlet Center Festival Park in Marratxi is reached after at least 32 kilometers and guarantees a nice shopping day.
