The house has a total living space of 320 m², which are spread over two floors, has a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms at the time. Another bathroom and a guest toilet are located outside next to the pool. The spacious house is comfortably furnished with satellite TV, fans, roof terrace with a little sea view and pool and fireplace for the colder season. The entire property has more than 49,000 square meters, of which 1300 sqm are designed as a garden area. Surrounded by a lawn of 500 square meters invites the pool with the eight sun loungers to relax. A brick patio with grill offers the opportunity to culinary pleasure in the open air.
For further information: Sports and shops are located in 5-10 km distance to your vacation home, the nearest beach is also about 5km away. The historic architecture and the quiet location of the Finca will be a guarantee for an unforgettable holiday experience! Manacor is the second largest town on the island with its many shops and it takes only a few minutes to Porto Cristo with many very nice restaurants. The best day for a trip to Manacor is the market day monday. The big market is a real shopping market in particular for clothing, household goods and food. The prices are reasonable. Also ceramics and olive products are offered at the weekly market and the surrounding markets.
