How does the payment process work?
The payment depends on the wishes of the property owner.
Most of the time there is an advance payment of about 30% to secure the booking. A final payment is made normally in cash when the keys are handed over or 4 weeks before arrival via transfer. Unfortunately, other payment methods are not available.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via transfer or cash when handing over the keys.
Who is owner of the accommodations?
The accommodations on our site belong mostly to private owners, often Majorquiner and Spaniards, with whom we are in direct contact.
Can I reserve a Finca?
An requested accommodation can be reserved via option for 2 days only. This option is not automatically included in requesting an object but must be explicitly asked for. We then forward the requested travel period to the owner and wish for an option. If this option is confirmed by the owner, we will inform you accordingly and block the wished travel period for max 2 days. This option expires automatically after 2 days. Please keep in mind, that only one accommodation at a time can be optioned.
How does arrival and departure work?
Your booked accommodation will be available from 4 pm on day of arrival. Of course you can also arrive later than this. It depends on your flight. On day of departure the property must be left until 10 am.
How does house handing over work?
After confirmed booking you get a extensive documentation about arrival, handing over keys and contact to the property owner or manager. You also get a detailed route description to the accommodation or to an easy to find meeting spot. In case you don't know where you are or your flight has delay please contact the property manager. He/she will help you finding the way and can adopt to the new time of arrival.
At the accommodation the property manager himself will give you the keys and shows you around through the most important functionalities of the house.
To ensure a smooth arrival it is important for us to know your flight details (time of flights, number of flight) until 4 weeks before arrival. We will then forward it to the property manager so that he can prepare everything for your arrival.
