The modern MONTFERRUTX is located in the third sea line in Colonia de Sant Pere.

The house has a special feature, the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the spacious living-dining area with open kitchen is located on the first floor, to enjoy longer the sunrays, and the bedrooms are cooler in the summer at night.

Right at the entrance of the villa you have a small green area, like a natural meadow, it is not an English lawn. There you also have a terrace with comfortable seating, where you can enjoy the sun until late in the afternoon.
On the ground floor are the four functional bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and fans.
The bathroom has two sinks and a large shower, this has no door, but the toilet.
Two further guest WCs are located outside the entrance of the house, and directly at the living room.
The modern staircase leads to the spacious living-dining area with sea view.
The living area is cozy and functionally furnished, WLAN is available throughout the house as well as underfloor heating.
The open, fully equipped kitchen is modern and has enough cabinets to store everything necessary.
The large dining table has enough space for up to 8 people or more, in the morning and in the evening you have a wonderful light.
Behind the living area is a staircase, from where you reach the large and sunny terrace.
It offers a unique sea view from Betlem to Cap de Formentor.

Sports enthusiasts will come at your own expense.
In the garage are bicycles, paddles, snorkel equipment and much more available!
Also in the garage is the washing machine and dryer.
