Castle of Capdepera (, Capdepera Castle ') refers to the remaining buildings and fortifications of a former fortified village dating from the 14th century, on the Spanish Balearic island of Majorca. You are on the 159 meters high Puig de Capdepera in the northeast of the island. Southeast to south-west of the castle extends the capital of the easternmost municipality of Mallorca Capdepera. The Castle of Capdepera is registered since 1993 under the number 51-0008396 RI as "Monument" (bien de interés cultural). \ N \ nThe Castell de Capdepera can be visited for a small fee. The opening times are from 9:00 am to 17:00 clock, from 16 March to 14 October to 20:00 clock. At 1 and 6 January the interior for sightseeing is closed. Every third weekend of the month of May there will be a medieval market within the Castells.
