The buildings of the Finca Biniforani Nou form part of an extensive family estate Muslim origin. This estate with woods and olive groves has an area of 700.000m2 and extends from the valley de Biniforani to massif of the Puig des Teix and the mountain range of Serra d'Alfàbia. This bucolic landscape with its mountains, valleys and the millenary terraced fields donkeys and sheep graze amidst the orange, carob and olive groves.
The building of our simple, yet impressive manor rising on a sprawling view point, offers the view of the valley Valle de Biniforani, the bay of Palma and the mountain range of Serra de Tramuntana.
The coming of old buildings have been renovated and expanded with stately additions to the beginning of the XX. Century come. The original layout of buildings around a stone paved courtyard in the traditional style, the so-called Clastra, has been maintained and invites visitors to enter. Apart from the stately main house the estate is also equipped with various other buildings that were once used for agricultural purposes, such as the oil mill and the house in which lived the housekeeper.
These buildings have been recently modernized to offer our guests every comfort.
However, we have taken to maintain the essence and the original charm of the old mansions and placed special emphasis on maintaining those details that give the buildings their authentic and unique character.
The manor house has two spacious floors and has 8 double rooms, all exterior-facing and equipped with a private bathroom, spacious corridors, multiple living areas, a dining room, a kitchen and a washing and working space. All rooms are spacious, cool and bright and offer a relaxed intimate atmosphere.
In the outdoor facilities of the holiday home Biniforani Nou, guests will find various areas available, where you can relax, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue grill and a large pool with a sun terrace, which offers a magnificent view.
The house is ideal for accommodating groups and residence of families. The Finca Biniforani Nou is the ideal place for all who want to spend a few days holiday in the middle of the rural nature of Majorca on an estate whose historical roots are still comprehensible today.
