Die Finca Villa Paloma
Finca Can Groc or Villa Paloma is new this year and is located near Pollença and offers with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms space for up to 8 people plus baby. The finca is divided into two buildings, the main house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as the kitchen which is the same for all and the main living room. On the other hand we have the casita next to the pool with its own bedroom, bathroom and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need like oven, microwave, cooker, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. In the whole house you have WLAN. The cosy living room has SAT TV and a fireplace that heats the kitchen and living area at the same time, as it is open to the kitchen. In the outdoor area you will find several seating options under a roof and also in the sun or under the parasol. There is a covered terrace which is furnished in Mallorcan style.In the front of the finca there is a large lawn where children can play.Pets are welcome! The finca is in an ideal location as you are less than 10 minutes from the beach and also in the village. Cap Formentor is just half an hour away as are many other points of interest in the beautiful mountains.
