Cove of Pollenca

The Bay of Pollensa is formed by the peninsulas of Formentor and La Victoria. She is ten kilometers long and six kilometers wide. The proportions and the mountains on the surrounding peninsulas ensure that in the Bay rarely prevails seas, perfect for water-sports! The bay is therefore known as one of Europe's best sailing areas. Already the world sailor Sir Francis Chichester called the Bay of Pollensa as one of the finest ever.
